Kolaborasi Stakeholders Dalam Pengembangan Agrowisata Jambu Kristal

Agrowisata jambu kristal di Desa Padang Kecamatan Kabupaten Bojonegoro sudah terbentuk sejak disahkan melalui SK Bupati No. 188/134/KEP/412.11/2016 tentang Kelompok Kerja Pengembangan Kawasan Agropolitan 2016. Namun, permasalahan masih muncul. Antara lain kurangnya kepercayaan dari stakeholder yang terlibat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk lebih dalam mengupasnya dengan teori keberhasilan deseve. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, Kemudian, data dianalisis dengan metode analisis interaktif Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kolaborasi secara umum sudah cukup baik namun masih terdapat kekurangan yaitu: (1) Legitimasi dari internalnya belum lengkap sehingga kolaborasi masih bersifat semiformal (2) Komitmen realisasi pembangunan jalan yang masih berbatu belum terlaksana dan (3) Terdapat isu egosektor.
