Abstract

Pembuatan atau pengurusan SKCK di lingkungan Polri diatur oleh Peraturan Kapolri Nomor 18 Tahun 2014 tentang tata cara penerbitan SKCK dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 50 Tahun 2010 tentang jenis dan tarif atas jenis penerimaan negara bukan pajak yang berlaku pada Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Polres Bojonegoro melalui kantor pelayanan masyarakat Satuan Intelijen dan Keamanan masih menerapkan sistem manual dalam pelayanan pembuatan SKCK. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan kualitas pelayanan pembuatan SKCK di Polres Kabupaten Bojonegoro Penekatan penelitian yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik teknik purposive sampling dalam penentuan sampel, Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan penerbitan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) di Polres Bojonegoro Tahun 2017 sudah cukup baik.
