Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi terhadap komitmen di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diambil menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 50 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen. Gambaran untuk penelitian di masa mendatang juga disampaikan dalam penelitian ini.
